Yanmal Socks – All processes done in-house

At Yanmal, every step of the production process is carried out in-house, from raw wool to finished product, under our own quality control.

1️⃣ Wool refining

We personally select, sort, and inspect raw wool at our facility.

2️⃣ Removing grease and dirt from the wool

Natural grease, dust, and impurities are removed in-house using specialized processes to prepare the wool for spinning.

3️⃣ Spinning

The cleaned wool is spun into strong, even yarn on our own spinning lines.

4️⃣ Sewing and linking

All sewing and linking processes are performed by our skilled workers at our factory.

5️⃣ Boarding and ironing

Socks are shaped to standard sizes and carefully ironed in-house to ensure a clean, finished look.

6️⃣ Pairing and labeling

Each pair is checked, paired, and labeled by our team before packaging.

Yanmal is one of the few manufacturers that handles the entire process in-house, ensuring consistent quality at every stage.
